Property Management

Full-service management of single-family homes and multifamily communities, including rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and transparent monthly financial reporting to owners. Management fees are structured as a percentage of rents collected, aligning the firm's compensation with property performance.

Leasing

Marketing of available homes, resident screening under consistent written criteria, lease execution, and renewal management, conducted in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination.

Construction and Renovation Management

Planning and oversight of renovations, unit turns, and capital projects, from scope and budgeting through contractor management and final delivery.
